Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing sales manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by leading, developing, and maximizing the performance of our sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of closing deals, building winning sales plans, and justifying performance strategies to senior management.

You will play a key role in keeping the company competitive, innovative, and growth-focused in Dubai's fast-paced real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit revenue targets by successfully managing and leading the sales team
  • Maximize team potential through training, coaching, and performance monitoring
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base
  • Actively support and close deals alongside the team
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Identify emerging markets, opportunities, and competitive trends
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from planning to closure

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in real estate
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Results-driven mindset with a hands-on leadership approach
