Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising industry.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the OOH landscape, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and maximizing revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the OOH advertising industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media owners.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring maximum revenue and profitability.
  • Provide sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs.
