We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Company Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation, Medical, and Surgical units.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales performance and revenue generation across all business units.
- Develop, manage, and expand partnerships with international principals and suppliers.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team with clear targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve market penetration and sustainable growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, tender participation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company's position in the UAE healthcare market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the UAE as a Sales Manager in Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation, Medical, or Surgical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE healthcare market with an established client network.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and growing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is a must (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system
