We are now seeking a Sales Manager to support the commercial growth of Automechanika KSA. This role is hands-on, commercially focused, and ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and growing exhibitions year on year.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving exhibition stand and sponsorship sales, managing existing exhibitor relationships, and developing new business opportunities. Working closely with the Show Director and wider internal teams, you will contribute directly to revenue growth, floor plan optimisation, and exhibitor retention.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage sales activity for Automechanika KSA, covering stand sales, sponsorships, and additional revenue streams
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with event objectives and market positioning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing exhibitors to maximise retention, rebooking, and upsell opportunities
  • Proactively identify and convert new business through telesales, virtual meetings, and face-to-face client engagement
  • Support floor plan management, including strategic placement of exhibitors and revenue forecasting
  • Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and reporting through CRM systems
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and emerging sectors
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth pre-show and onsite delivery
  • Liaise with international sales partners and agents to maximise global reach and bookings
  • Attend industry events and competitor exhibitions locally and internationally to generate leads and market intelligence
  • Support onsite exhibition delivery, ensuring high levels of exhibitor satisfaction throughout build-up, show days, and breakdown

What You'll Bring

  • 35 years experience in B2B sales, preferably within exhibitions, events, or a related industry
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a structured sales pipeline
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative and solution-led sales approach
  • Commercially minded, with confidence in forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Comfortable working across international markets and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (SAP is an advantage)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
  • English fluency is essential; Arabic is an advantage
