Job Description

Company: Metaform FJ Group

Location: UAE (frequent GCC/international travel)

Reports To: General Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

UAE driving license required

Position Summary

Responsible for leading sales, business development, and market growth for Fire-Rated Metal Doors, Metal Ceilings, and Metal Profile Systems across the UAE, GCC, Africa, and international regions. Role requires strong technical sales background, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.

Identify and secure new projects/clients across regional and international markets.

Build relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.

Conduct presentations, technical seminars, and product demos.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Technical Sales

Provide technical support for fire-rated doors, ceiling systems, and metal profiles.

Review drawings, BOQs, and specs to deliver accurate quotations.

Coordinate with engineering/production for designs, samples, and submissions.

Prepare technical submittals, mock-ups, and compliance documents.

Export & Import Sales:

Handle export operations, product registration, documentation, and logistics.

Manage import needs for raw materials/components.

Build and support distributor networks in target international markets.

Ensure compliance with export regulations and certification requirements.

Commercial & Negotiation

Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.

Lead price negotiations and contract finalization.

Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and market trends.

Market Intelligence

Analyze competitors, pricing, and client demand.

Provide insights on new markets and technologies.

Recommend product improvements based on feedback.

Customer Relationship Management

Deliver strong after-sales support.

Manage project follow-ups, invoicing, and collections.

Maintain long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Industrial)

7+ years technical sales experience in fire-rated doors, ceilings, or architectural metal products.

Knowledge of UL/FM, BS/ASTM standards, acoustic systems, and metal fabrication.

Proven sales performance in the construction/manufacturing sector.

Experience in GCC/Middle East/Africa export markets preferred.

Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and specs.

Proficient in CRM, MS Office, and reporting tools.
