Responsibilities

Drive sales for signage, faade, and LED display projects

Develop new business and manage key client accounts

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets

Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors & clients

Prepare sales forecasts and strategic growth plans

Qualifications

Proven experience in signage / faade / Interior Fitout/ LED display / advertising industry

Strong leadership, negotiation & client-handling skills

UAE market knowledge preferred

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

UAE Driving license- mandatory
