Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Salary: Up to SAR ± 23,000 (Negotiable - Subject to experience)

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in senior level

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business growth and strengthen market presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role will be responsible for executing sales strategies, developing strong distributor and retail partnerships, and achieving revenue and market share targets.

This position plays a key role in driving regional expansion, ensuring strong channel relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives within the consumer electronics and technology retail ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Market Growth

Execute sales strategies aligned with regional brand and product objectives.

Achieve country-level revenue targets and drive sustainable sales growth.

Monitor monthly sales performance against budget targets and identify new market opportunities.

Develop and implement country sales plans to improve profitability and market share.

Maintain strong momentum in sales performance through structured sales execution.

Channel & Distributor Management

Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and reseller partners.

Oversee channel sales performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Support retail partners through product training, sales support, and marketing initiatives.

Ensure proper inventory management across the distribution and retail network.

Monitor retail execution including merchandising and in-store visibility.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams including:

Product Management

Channel Marketing

Retail Services

Customer Care and After-Sales Support

Business Operations

Coordinate with regional leadership on market strategies and sales initiatives.

Support account-level marketing programs and retail activation strategies.

Performance & Business Management

Analyze sales data and generate insights to improve sales performance.

Participate in business reviews and performance meetings with partners.

Ensure alignment of sales activities with broader regional growth plans.

Drive strong operational discipline in reporting, forecasting, and sales tracking.

Experience

7+ years of experience in sales or business development senior level.

Strong background in consumer electronics, IT peripherals, or technology lifestyle products.

Proven experience working with retail channels, distributors, and large-format retailers.

Experience in developing and executing sales strategies at the country level.
