Role Overview-
We are seeking a high performing Sales Manager to lead and scale sales performance across MTM Group facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth, maximizing revenue, managing sales teams, and establishing high performance sales processes across our multiple brands.
This role requires a leader capable of building strong teams, implementing data driven sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer conversion and retention outcomes.
The Sales Manager will play a critical role in supporting MTM Group's expansion plans and revenue objectives while ensuring sales operations align with brand standards and member experience expectations.
Key Objectives of the Role-
Drive consistent membership and revenue growth across facilities
Build and manage a high performance sales culture
Optimize conversion, retention, and referral pipelines
Standardize sales processes across multiple locations
Improve sales forecasting and reporting accuracy
Strengthen corporate partnerships and lead generation channels
Core Responsibilities-
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with MTM Group revenue targets.
Identify new revenue opportunities across memberships, personal training, corporate partnerships, and packages.
Drive membership acquisition campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Establish clear monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
2. Sales Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and manage sales teams across facilities.
Establish sales KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive structures.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Foster a high-energy, results-driven sales culture.
Identify and develop future sales leaders within the organization.
3. Sales Operations & Process Excellence
Implement standardized sales processes and conversion frameworks.
Ensure proper use of CRM and sales tracking tools.
Monitor lead follow-ups and conversion efficiency.
Optimize sales scripts, customer engagement strategies, and closing techniques.
Ensure sales operations align with company policies and compliance standards.
4. Lead Generation & Partnerships
Develop corporate partnerships and B2B sales channels.
Work closely with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
Expand referral programs and community engagement initiatives.
Identify new partnerships and market opportunities.
5. Member Experience & Retention Support
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
Monitor retention trends and contribute to improvement strategies.
Work closely with club management to resolve sales related customer concerns.
6. Reporting & Performance Governance
Produce accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Track conversion ratios, lead quality, and campaign performance.
Present performance updates and growth strategies to senior management.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Required Experience & Qualifications-
Minimum 5+ years experience in sales leadership, preferably within fitness, hospitality, or service industries.
Proven track record in achieving revenue and membership growth targets.
Experience managing multi-site sales operations is highly desirable.
Experience managing and scaling sales teams.
Technical & Commercial Skills-
Strong understanding of membership sales and subscription-based business models.
CRM management and data-driven decision-making skills.
Sales funnel optimization expertise.
Negotiation and partnership development capabilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and performance trends.
