Job Description

Nationwide Middle East properties is hiring for its branch in Abu Dhabi, a Real Estate Sales Manager, who will be responsible for leasing and selling residential & commercial properties and negotiating deals and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through leads generation, referrals, networking
  • Handle property viewings in a professional manner
  • Provide guidance on market conditions and pricing
  • Stay informed about the current real estate trends
  • Independently negotiate deals from start to finish
  • Manage a team of real estate agents and follow up with their performances and daily tasks

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in successful sales
  • Great communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Result oriented and self motivated
  • Bilingual or trilingual
  • Preferred UAE driving license
