Sales Manager– Real Estate
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our real estate sales function, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with investors and high-net-worth clients across regional and international markets. We are located in Georgia
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies for residential, commercial, and investment properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and key clients
- Oversee customer relations to ensure a premium client experience from first contact through closing and beyond
- Manage investor relations, including pitching opportunities, preparing presentations, and negotiating deals
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Report performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline health to executive leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales management
- Proven track record in customer relations and investor relations
- Fluent in Arabic and strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of regional and international real estate markets
- Ability to travel as required
