Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at NEXOM Trading & Contracting W.L.L., located in Qatar. The Sales Manager will oversee and develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, drive business growth, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, generating leads, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and mentoring the sales team to achieve optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, client relationship management, and negotiation
  • Experience in strategic planning, sales strategy development, and achieving revenue targets
  • Knowledge of the construction, hospitality, oil & Gas and engineering industries or related sectors is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and ability to create actionable insights
  • PGDM/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Qatar
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team effectively
