✨ About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across the SaaS and Human Resources Services sectors. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can leverage an existing network to open doors, build partnerships, and close enterprise-level deals in the Saudi market.

✨ Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Nextwo's market share in B2B SaaS and HR services
  • Leverage your existing professional network to identify high-potential enterprise clients and secure meetings with key decision-makers
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from market analysis and pipeline generation to consultative selling, negotiation, and closing
  • Track sales activities, client data, and pipeline progression using CRM software; generate accurate forecasts and performance reports
  • Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a performance-driven culture
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to refine strategy and provide insights to the executive team

✨ Requirements

  • 7–10 years of proven B2B sales and business development experience, with a strict focus on SaaS, HR Solutions, Fintech, or closely related tech industries
  • A strong, established network of C-level executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers within the Saudi enterprise market
  • Documented track record of exceeding sales targets and closing enterprise-level deals
  • Skilled in consultative selling and B2B market penetration
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software for pipeline management and reporting
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in Arabic and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Open to Saudi Nationals only, in alignment with the Saudization (Nitaqat) program

✨ Preferred

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or startup environment
  • Certification in modern sales methodologies (Challenger Sale, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling)
  • Existing connections within the public sector or B2G sales experience
  • Proven experience recruiting, hiring, and scaling a sales team from the ground up
