Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales process, ensuring the successful closing of high-value transactions, and delivering exceptional client experience. This role requires a deep knowledge of the luxury real estate market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors.

The ideal candidate must have excellent negotiation and communication skills, attention to details, ability to work under pressure, target and result oriented & experience dealing with high-end costumers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies for ultra-luxury properties.
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations, property viewings, and negotiations with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Coordinate the entire sales cycle, from initial client contact to the closing of the sale, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Develop and implement customized sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand OMNIYAT's footprint in the Saudi luxury real estate market.
  • Evaluate client needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations that align with OMNIYAT's property offerings and investment opportunities.
  • Recommend financing options, property configurations, and investment strategies to clients, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the decision-making process.
  • Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and the investment potential of OMNIYAT's luxury developments.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, and Development) to ensure all client communications and property marketing materials align with OMNIYAT's luxury brand.
  • Coordinate with brokers to ensure they have up-to-date information on new projects, pricing, and availability, facilitating seamless collaboration and sales success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • 5-8 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales in KSA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and negotiation skills.
