ScanDigits FZC LLC is a UAE-based company building Mataami an AI-powered restaurant platform that includes Smart QR Menu, POS, and Cloud Kitchen Suite.
We already have a sales team in place now we're hiring a Sales Manager to lead execution, improve performance, and scale restaurant onboarding across the UAE and GCC.
This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B sales in hospitality/F&B, can coach and manage a team, and can build a repeatable process that drives consistent growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the sales team: daily follow-ups, pipeline reviews, targets, and coaching
- Own revenue growth: drive restaurant onboarding across UAE (and expand to GCC)
- Build a structured sales process: lead stages, scripts, objection handling, and reporting
- Manage and optimize lead sources: WhatsApp, LinkedIn, website, inbound/referrals, and field outreach
- Join key meetings and close high-value deals (enterprise / multi-branch / groups)
- Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and customer success
- Track performance metrics (conversion, cycle time, win rate) and improve continuously
- Provide market feedback to product team (features, pricing, competition)
What We're Looking For
- 37 years experience in sales (B2B preferred) with 1+ year in a leadership role
- Strong network or proven ability to sell into restaurants / cafs / hospitality / F&B
- Experience with POS / SaaS / food tech is a major advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
- Comfortable with field sales + meetings across the UAE
- Highly organized, KPI-driven, and proactive
- English required (Arabic is a strong advantage)
