We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in Passive Networking Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the low-voltage, ICT, and infrastructure solutions market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for ELV and passive networking solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, system integrators, consultants, and end-users.
- Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with internal technical, presales, and project teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing models, and customer needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, networking events, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5years years of sales experience in ELV systems and passive networking (cabling, racks, fiber, copper, structured cabling, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ELV solutions such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, audio/video, SMATV, intercom, BMS, and related technologies.
- Established client network within the UAE market (consultants, contractors, distributors).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- BICSI, CCNA, or vendor-specific cabling/ELV certifications.
- Knowledge of brands like Panduit, Legrand, Rittal, Schneider, Honeywell, Hikvision, Axis, etc.
