Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen the customer base.

Additional responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, setting performance objectives, and analyzing sales data to drive improvements. Collaboration with other departments for cohesive business development will also be an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong skills in Team Leadership and Training
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Data Analysis and Reporting expertise
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in managing a team in an educational or media-related environment is an advantage
• Experience in educational field or courses is a PLUS
