Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hurghada. As a sales manager you will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring successful property sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients and brokers. The role combines strategic planning, team management, and sales execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports and annual sales plans for top management.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for sales supervisors and sales consultants.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve company targets.
  • Ensure the company achieves monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Manage sales pipeline and deal closure.
  • Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokerage companies.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Excellent command of English written and spoken.
