Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage and coach the sales team, and ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the dental and medical sectors. The role involves conducting client meetings and product presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
