Job Title: Real Estate Manager

Prowin Properties is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee sales operations, lead high-performing teams, and drive business growth across secondary and off-plan real estate in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Develop and implement sales strategies for secondary and off-plan properties

Monitor agent performance, KPIs, call activity, and lead conversions

Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD regulations, and company policies

Handle high-value client negotiations and close complex deals

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and key clients

Oversee listings quality, portal performance (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle), and inventory management

Conduct regular team training, coaching, and performance reviews

Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead generation and brand visibility

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management

Requirements:

Minimum 46 years of experience in the UAE real estate

Proven experience in a Manager / Team Leader role

Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA & DLD procedures

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills

Hands-on experience with CRM systems and property portals

Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Professional appearance and strong client-handling skills

Valid UAE driving license preferred
