We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. This is a Full-Time position based in our Dubai, United Arab Emirates office. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, capable of building and nurturing a high-performing team. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base and strengthening our market position, contributing directly to our mission of empowering the next generation of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of success and ongoing business goal achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Represent Qureos at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Solid business acumen and industry expertise, preferably within the EdTech, HR Tech, or recruitment sectors.
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipelines and analyse performance.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
