This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will actively identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and contribute to the growth of the company's customer base. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, creating tailored logistics solutions, monitoring market trends, and providing exceptional client support. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to drive initiatives, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue growth targets.

• Proven track record in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Strong networking and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with clients and partners
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement business strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting and negotiating with stakeholders
• Familiarity with cargo logistics, supply chain management, or related industries is an advantage
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and knowledge of business development metrics
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Previous experience in the logistics sector or knowledge of international trade markets is a plus
