We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager / Property Consultant to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for promoting, presenting, and selling Rabdan Developments portfolio of premium off-plan and ready properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, excellent client advisory skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Rabdan Developments projects to prospective clients and investors, both locally and internationally.
- Conduct detailed project presentations, property tours, and investment consultations.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable units, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate sales activities while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads using CRM tools to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of all Rabdan projects: masterplans, unit layouts, pricing, payment plans, and handover schedules.
- Analyze UAE real estate market trends and provide insights for sales strategy development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partner brokerage firms.
- Provide guidance to clients on ROI, rental yields, investment value, and market positioning.
- Ensure seamless client communication and follow-up throughout the sales cycle and post-sale stages.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and identify new business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of real estate developer experience in Dubai (off-plan is mandatory).
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets with a consistent track record.
- Strong broker and agent network in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and ability to coordinate with sales teams.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of managing high-value clients.
- Sound knowledge of RERA/DLD regulations and UAE real estate market dynamics.
- Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
