We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead the brokerage and sales administration functions at Relevate, a subsidiary of Emirates National Investment.
The role drives sales performance for developments and third-party listings while ensuring full compliance with DLD/RERA regulations and robust administrative control over contracts, Oqood registration, and title transfers.
The role is also responsible for revenue generation, team performance, and maintaining a seamless buyer journey, from property listing and lead generation through to legal transfer and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Brokerage Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of residential and commercial brokers to achieve company sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies, pricing inputs, and promotional plans for internal and external mandates.
- Set and monitor KPIs, commission structures, and performance reviews for brokers.
- Oversee lead management, conversion tracking, and CRM utilisation.
- Approve listing quality, marketing collateral, and ensure all listings are Trakheesi-compliant.
- Identify and onboard new agency partnerships, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
- Ensure professionalism and compliance with RERA broker conduct standards.
Sales Administration & Transaction Management
- Supervise the Sales Administration team in managing SPAs, reservation forms, and buyer documentation.
- Oversee Oqood registration of off-plan sales, NOC issuance, and title deed transfer with DLD.
- Ensure all payment plans, milestone receipts, and reconciliations are correctly recorded and monitored with Finance.
- Maintain up-to-date project inventory, price books, and sales dashboards.
- Coordinate with Legal for SPA templates, amendments, and compliance reporting.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure alignment with DLD, RERA, and Escrow regulations for all transactions.
- Monitor internal documentation processes for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct periodic audits of sales files, contracts, and CRM entries.
- Stay updated on DLD/RERA regulations and communicate changes to the team.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary interface between Relevate and DLD authorities.
- Work closely with Finance on commission settlements, payment follow-ups, and escrow account coordination.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and promotional material for new projects.
- Support customer relationship management through clear communication and service excellence.
People Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing brokerage and sales admin team.
- Establish structured onboarding and RERA certification pathways for brokers.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and sales performance reviews.
- Foster a results-driven culture built on ethics, accountability, and teamwork.
Experience, Education, and Skills:
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written, is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 1012 years of progressive experience in real estate sales in Dubai, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing brokers and/or sales admin.
- Deep understanding of DLD/RERA laws, Oqood, Trakheesi, and escrow processes.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing cross-functional sales operations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- RERA Broker Card and valid UAE driver's license preferred.
