Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of managerial experience in real estate sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing our real estate sales team, ensuring that all sales targets and objectives are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide sales training, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales team members and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, market conditions, and legal regulations pertaining to real estate sales.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Manage and allocate sales territories, set sales quotas, and monitor team performance against targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, industry trends, and legal regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Real estate license is required.
  • Driving License and own car.
