Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Manager - Real Estate. The Sales Manager will oversee sales processes, build strong client relationships, manage property listings, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential buyers, preparing sales proposals, negotiating deals, and maintaining market intelligence. The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction and market growth.

Qualifications

  • 7 years proven experience in real estate sales, client acquisition, and customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in negotiation strategies, presentations, and preparing professional sales proposals
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, property laws, and development financing solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
  • Ability to work in a team-driven environment and meet targets under deadlines
  • Advanced problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; certifications in real estate are a plus.
