Job Summary
The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the sales function of
the organization, with a strong focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and team performance.
The role requires a seasoned professional with minimum 8 years of experience in the UAE real
estate market, strong leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of local regulations, market
trends, and sales practices.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives
and UAE market dynamics
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants to achieve and exceed
assigned targets
Set individual and team KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability
Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Business Development & Client Management
Drive sales across off-plan, primary, and secondary real estate markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, investors, and
key clients
Handle high-value client negotiations and oversee closing of complex transactions
Expand the company's client base through strategic partnerships and networking
Market & Regulatory Knowledge
Monitor UAE real estate market trends, pricing, demand, and competitor activity
Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, and all applicable UAE real estate laws and
regulations
Guide the sales team on regulatory requirements, documentation, and transaction
processes
Operations & Coordination
Oversee CRM systems, sales pipelines, lead management, and reporting accuracy
Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
Work with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales
cycle
Qualifications & Experience
Experience
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in real estate sales within the UAE
Prior experience in a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Sales role
Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations, sales processes, and market
practices
Valid UAE real estate broker card (preferred)

Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
