Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Jeddah/Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will lead sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of sales professionals, and build strong client relationships to drive revenue growth. Core responsibilities include meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Market Analysis
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including Team Management and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and develop effective solutions for customer needs
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Prior experience in the regional market, particularly in Jiddah, is advantageous
