As a Sales Manager for Rental & Staging Market you play a key role within our company, responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding our presence in the rental and staging market across Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the AV and events industry, particularly in the context of LED screen technology for rentals, exhibitions, corporate events, and live productions. The role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting partnerships with key clients in this dynamic and competitive market. You will work from the company's office in Dubai and will be required to travel to client sites, events, and exhibitions as necessary (you must be based in the UAE).
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Market Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the rental and staging market in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify new business opportunities and segments within the AV and events industry, including corporate events, exhibitions, concerts, and other live productions requiring LED screen rentals.
- Build a strong sales pipeline by targeting key clients such as event production companies, rental companies, and large-scale event organizers.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key decision-makers in the rental and staging market.
- Understand customer needs and work closely with the technical team to offer tailored LED screen solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Execution and Performance
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful contract negotiations.
- Work with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads and build brand awareness in the region.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management while managing a sales budget effectively.
Product Knowledge and Expertise
- Stay up to date on the latest LED screen technology trends, industry standards, and competitors offerings.
- Offer expert advice and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of our LED screen solutions.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and logistics, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
- Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Analyse competitors offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge in the market.
Event Participation and Networking
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.
- Network with industry professionals, potential customers, and stakeholders to expand the company's market footprint.

Experience and qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the AV, events, or rental and staging industry, with a focus on LED screens or related technology.
- Proven track record of successful sales in a competitive market, ideally with experience in Dubai or the broader UAE region.
- Strong understanding of the rental and staging market, including knowledge of key players, trends, and customer needs.
- Familiarity with LED screen technology, including different types of displays, installation, maintenance, and setup processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Arabic is a plus.
