Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive new business development across assigned markets and industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, to deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, partnerships, and networking.
Client & Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of IT, Digital, Operations).
- Understand client business challenges and position SaaS solutions as value-driven outcomes, not just products.
- Oversee onboarding handover and support post-sale engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Team & Process (if applicable)
- Coach and support junior sales executives / account managers (if team-managed role).
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
Market & Strategy
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and SaaS innovations.
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams on customer needs and market insights.
- Support pricing strategies, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1+ years in SaaS or technology solutions sales.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise or mid-market SaaS deals.
- Experience selling to retail, fashion, luxury, FMCG, or enterprise clients is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
