Job Description

  • Title - Sales Manager - SaaS -Hindi Speakers
  • Location - Dubai

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own and drive new business development across assigned markets and industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, to deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, partnerships, and networking.

Client & Account Management

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of IT, Digital, Operations).
  • Understand client business challenges and position SaaS solutions as value-driven outcomes, not just products.
  • Oversee onboarding handover and support post-sale engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Team & Process (if applicable)

  • Coach and support junior sales executives / account managers (if team-managed role).
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.

Market & Strategy

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and SaaS innovations.
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership teams on customer needs and market insights.
  • Support pricing strategies, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1+ years in SaaS or technology solutions sales.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise or mid-market SaaS deals.
  • Experience selling to retail, fashion, luxury, FMCG, or enterprise clients is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
