Location: Dubai (Remote / Office Flexible)

Salary: AED 12,000–15,000 + 10% commission on closed projects

We're partnering with a dynamic marketing and translation agency in Dubai to find a driven Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to help grow their portfolio across tech, software, hospitality, tourism, and government sectors.

This is a full-time role with flexibility, reporting directly to the agency founder, who values motivated, coachable, and culturally aligned team members ready to make an impact.

What you'll do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering value and insight
• Collaborate with the agency team on marketing, social, and SEO strategies to support sales
• Drive project proposals and negotiate contracts, including larger one-off projects
• Act as the face of the agency to clients, showcasing expertise in Arabic content, localisation, and marketing solutions

What we're looking for:

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Proven track record in B2B business development or sales (agency or client-side)
• Strong understanding of marketing, social media, SEO, or content production
• Coachable, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Confident closing deals and meeting revenue targets
