Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in New Cairo. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop business strategies, and identify new market opportunities to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, negotiating deals, identifying new sales opportunities, developing new markets and introducing new products. Building and implementing effective sales plans together with internal teams will be a key focus of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, including strategic planning, market analysis, and meeting sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with chemical products such as SNF, Sodium Ligno, and PCE is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lead teams, multitask, and handle a fast-paced work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Professional English level is a must
• Own car and a valid driving license
