Job Title: Secondary Sales Manager

We're seeking an experienced leader who thrives in high-stakes environments, building lasting client relationships and closing multimillion-dirham deals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute sales strategies for secondary market properties, focusing on resale transactions across residential, commercial, and luxury segments in Dubai.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of buyers, sellers, investors, and industry partners to generate high-quality leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis, property valuations, and negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Manage a portfolio of listings, overseeing viewings, contracts, and closings while ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations (RERA, DLD, etc.).
  • Mentor junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture and driving team targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities in Dubai's evolving secondary market.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Essential Experience: Minimum 2+ years in real estate sales, with a strong focus on the team management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including key areas like Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and emerging hotspots.
  • RERA certification or equivalent real estate licensing required.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic and other languages a plus).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and real estate software.
