Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team and developing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate sales, team leadership, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a sales team, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Support and guide team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Create and implement sales strategies for the UAE real estate market.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Bitrix24) to track leads and improve team efficiency.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations to guide sales efforts.
- Assist client negotiations and manage the full sales process from start to finish.
- Ensure all activities comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
- Work closely with marketing and operations team to maintain a steady flow of quality leads.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and partners to grow the business.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
- At least 5 years of real estate sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems, especially Bitrix24
- Familiar with Property Portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual is a plus
