Salary Range:

AED 12,000 15,000 per month

Employment Type:

Full Time

Work Timings:

Monday through Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm)

Saturday (10:00am to 3:00pm)

Control Tower, Motor City, Dubai - United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team and developing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate sales, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a sales team, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
  • Support and guide team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Create and implement sales strategies for the UAE real estate market.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Bitrix24) to track leads and improve team efficiency.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations to guide sales efforts.
  • Assist client negotiations and manage the full sales process from start to finish.
  • Ensure all activities comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations team to maintain a steady flow of quality leads.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and partners to grow the business.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of real estate sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, especially Bitrix24
  • Familiar with Property Portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
  • Proficiency in English is required; bilingual is a plus
