Veterinary Sales Manager – Solveda

About Solveda

Solveda for Veterinary Products and Animal Feed Additives is expanding its sales team and looking for qualified, experienced professionals to join us as Veterinary Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build a high-performing sales process, and drive revenue growth.

Locations: Obour City, Cairo, Egypt (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Build, manage, and mentor the sales team.
Track and improve sales KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to align growth initiatives.
Establish and optimize CRM processes and sales reporting.
Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and close key deals.
Provide regular forecasts and performance reports to leadership.

Key Requirements .. Please Read Carefully

Education: Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine (B.A.Scs.), or an advanced degree.
Experience: 5+ years as a veterinary sales manager with proven experience in veterinary pharmaceuticals and feed additives, with a track record in a leadership or managerial role within the Egyptian market.
Candidates with experience only in human pharmaceuticals, general sales, or unrelated industries will not be considered as meeting the core experience requirement.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Experience building sales processes from the ground up.
Fluent Arabic and professional English.
Owning a car is preferred.
