About the Role

The Sales Manager Lubricants & Grease (International Markets) will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify, develop, and manage distributors, agents, and direct customers within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand competition, pricing, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and promotional materials for clients.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
  • Monitor receivables, ensure timely payments, and coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricants and grease sales & marketing (industrial or automotive).
  • Candidates must have relevant experience in selling Lubricants and Grease in the international or domestic market.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, export documentation, and regional market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in local languages of the assigned region is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and travel internationally when required.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to multicultural environments.

Work Mode

Depending on interview performance and business requirements, selected candidates may be offered any of the following work arrangements:

  • Option A: Relocation to Ras Al Khaimah
  • Option B: Work from India for 6 months, followed by relocation to abroad
  • Option C: Permanent work from India with monthly travel to abroad

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation will be determined based on:

  • Previous sales revenue achieved
  • Number of grease products sold
  • Number of lubricant products sold
