About the Role
The Sales Manager Lubricants & Grease (International Markets) will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify, develop, and manage distributors, agents, and direct customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competition, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and promotional materials for clients.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
- Monitor receivables, ensure timely payments, and coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricants and grease sales & marketing (industrial or automotive).
- Candidates must have relevant experience in selling Lubricants and Grease in the international or domestic market.
- Strong understanding of international trade, export documentation, and regional market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in local languages of the assigned region is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and travel internationally when required.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to multicultural environments.
Work Mode
Depending on interview performance and business requirements, selected candidates may be offered any of the following work arrangements:
- Option A: Relocation to Ras Al Khaimah
- Option B: Work from India for 6 months, followed by relocation to abroad
- Option C: Permanent work from India with monthly travel to abroad
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation will be determined based on:
- Previous sales revenue achieved
- Number of grease products sold
- Number of lubricant products sold
