Job Purpose
Reporting to the Director; the Sales Manager will have responsibility for cross-sector accounts and be tasked with managing existing clients or forging new relationships, through multi-channel engagements and face-to-face meetings. If you love to learn and put your sales skills to practice in Enterprise Content, Automation, Data & AI platforms, this would be a great role for you. Key Accountabilities
Operational
Business Development
oUp-selling & Cross-selling new or additional products or services to current customers.
oFinding additional buyers within the assigned customer location.
Performance Measures
Achieves assigned sales quota
Meets assigned expectations for profitability
Establishes customer account plans that meet company standards in all assigned accounts.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
Organizational alignment
. Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
. Works closely with the Sales Team to ensure monthly/quarterly/annual targets are achieved.
. Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
