Role Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a fulltime, onsite role for a professional who excels in enterprise sales and thrives in a fastgrowing cybersecurity environment.

The Sales Manager will:

  • Engage with potential clients and build longterm customer relationships
  • Develop, refine, and execute effective sales strategies
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through the full sales funnel
  • Present tailored cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance campaigns and messaging
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to refine sales approaches
  • Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven sales experience, including lead generation, account management, and deal negotiation
  • 5+ years of experience in the UAE or GCC market
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, SaaS platforms, and enterprise sales cycles
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute successful sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
  • Experience conducting market analysis and customer needs assessments
  • Highly motivated, targetdriven, and strong problemsolving abilities
  • Previous experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is a strong plus
