Job Description
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer issues.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Implement retail loss prevention measures and ensure store security standards are followed.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to adjust strategies when required.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, staff, and senior management.
- Ensure overall store presentation and operational compliance.

- Bachelor's degree
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.

- Fast learner and adaptable to dynamic retail environments.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role (retail preferred; other industries may be considered).
- Experience in electronics retail is an advantage.
