Role Description:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Al Nawras Resort team. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, and strengthening client relationships while coordinating closely with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing and other departments on promotions and packages.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
• Coordinate with operations, reservations, and management teams.
• Handle client issues professionally and effectively.
• Represent the resort at events and exhibitions.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within a luxury or five-star hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
