Are you an experienced UAE Mortgage Sales Professional ready to take the next step into a high-impact leadership role

The Lending Tree is looking for a driven and well-connected Mortgage Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale our mortgage sales team in Dubai.

Salary: Up to AED 40,000 + Attractive Commission

Location: Dubai, UAE

What You'll Be Doing

As our Mortgage Sales Manager, you will:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Mortgage Consultants
• Drive monthly mortgage disbursement and revenue targets
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance
• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline from lead generation through approval and disbursement
• Build strong relationships with UAE banks, real estate agents, developers, and referral partners
• Support and mentor consultants to improve their sales performance and product knowledge
• Stay updated on UAE mortgage products, bank policies, eligibility criteria, and market developments
• Identify new business opportunities and expand referral channels

Who We're Looking For

We'd particularly like to speak with candidates who have:

3+ years of UAE mortgage sales experience

Experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager, Team Leader, or high-performing Senior Mortgage Consultant

Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products and major banks

A proven track record of achieving mortgage sales/disbursement targets

Experience coaching or managing sales professionals

Strong connections within the UAE mortgage, banking, real estate, or property ecosystem

Valid UAE Driving License
