Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve targeted objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The role also involves monitoring team performance, providing guidance, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and achieve sales growth.

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Analytical skills for Market Research and Forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
