Role Description

This is a full-time, On & Off-site Sales Manager role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include supervising the sales team, developing and executing sales plans, negotiating with clients, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. You will also analyze market trends and provide insights to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

• 7:10 Years Experience in Selling sheet metal related products
• Experience in Sales Strategy Development, Sales Management
• Strong Communication, Presentation skills, Client Relationship Management & Negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze Market Prices and develop actionable insights
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
