Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, expand market share, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies to meet changing customer needs while collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations in alignment with company goals
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the sales strategy for HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and F&B segments.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel chains, restaurant groups, café operators, and distributors.
• Lead negotiations of contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure brand positioning and service excellence.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Manage and develop the sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and brand representation across all accounts.
