Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Riyadh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process, leading a team, and leveraging market insights to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in sales management, business development, and client relationship building
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of customer requirements
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team
• Familiarity with IT solutions, particularly in web and mobile applications, is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the IT services or software development industry is a plus
• Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory)
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills will be an added advantage)
