Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Lead to support Arvato's growth in the UAE market. The role is responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing the full sales pipeline, developing marketing activities, handling client relationships, and supporting our logistics and 3PL operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the UAE market
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Customer Service)
  • Lead marketing activities including branding, campaigns, and content
  • Track KPIs and provide regular sales and performance reports
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • 58 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing
  • Background in Logistics, 3PL, E-commerce, or Supply Chain
  • Strong sales pipeline and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot) is a plus
  • Based in Dubai

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type: Full-time, On-site

Pay range and compensation package: Competitive salary based on experience.
