Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 day (Sunday)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000

Incentives: Performance-based incentives on sales achievements

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth within the catering industry. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets

Identify new business opportunities and expand client base within the catering sector

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, events companies, and key stakeholders

Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals

Manage and guide the sales & marketing team to ensure target achievement

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly

Collaborate with operations to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management

Drive brand visibility through marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the catering industry

Strong background in sales strategy, business development, and client acquisition

Ability to lead and manage sales & marketing teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Arabic-speaking candidates preferred

Immediate joiners preferred
