Role Overview

Airtics is seeking a Sales Officer to manage admissions and enrolment sales, working directly with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into confirmed registrations across the program portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into enrolments through consultations, calls, and in-person meetings
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admissions targets
• Guide prospective students and parents through program options, pricing and enrolment procedures
• Follow up on outstanding leads and re-engage inactive enquiries
• Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign feedback
• Represent Airtics at on-site events, open days, and school/community outreach as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, admissions, or a target-driven customer-facing role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM systems and structured sales reporting
• Ability to work independently and meet defined targets
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage
