River Lounge Restaurant Co LLC is hiring through Hosco in Dubai.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field marketing and direct promotional activities across targeted locations in Dubai.Promote the restaurant through flyer distribution, voucher campaigns, and customer engagement activities.Visit offices, residential communities, hotels, travel agencies, shopping areas, and nearby businesses for partnership development.Generate corporate dining opportunities, catering leads, birthday/event bookings, and bulk meal partnerships.Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and strategic business partners.Support outdoor promotional campaigns, brand activations, and community engagement initiatives.Identify new business opportunities and local market trends within the hospitality sector.Coordinate with restaurant management to achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.Maintain daily activity reports, lead tracking, and marketing performance updates.Support social media campaigns and customer engagement initiatives when required.Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in a restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage, or field sales is preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.Good understanding of Dubai market dynamics and local business areas.Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales and promotion targets.Energetic, confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.Basic English communication skills required.Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Bengali language skills will be considered an advantage.A UAE driving license will be an added advantage.Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media marketing is preferred.
